By accessing or using MyGrid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
MyGrid is a portfolio platform that allows users to import content from Instagram and TikTok, curate their work, and create a shareable portfolio. The Service includes both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limitations.
User Accounts
Account Creation
You must create an account by connecting your Instagram or TikTok account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all content posted under your account and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Post content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
Content Ownership and License
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine is inappropriate, harmful, or objectionable.
Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund consideration.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MyGrid and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
